Please book your preferred hotel via this booking tool. Each participant completes their own reservation. A booking confirmation will be sent automatically by email (please check your inbox and spam folder).
All reservations are subject to individual hotel terms and conditions and availability is limited. All questions regarding hotel accommodation must be directed to HMC Reservations; hotels should not be contacted directly.
